Gaakoshi Housing Project

The building is a 10-storey multipurpose building. The ground floor and first floor is to be used for commercial purposes and the remaining nine floors are to be used for housing units consisting of 160 flats, including three-room and two-room flats. The current project is expected to a large extent relieve the existing housing stress in Male’ and improve livability and contribute to optimum utilization of the limited land availability in Male’.
